Wall Planner Printing for Offices, Schools and Giveaways

A wall planner earns its place by staying up all year. Unlike most printed marketing, it isn't read once and binned — it goes on a wall in January and your branding is still there in December.

We print full-year 2027 wall planners in A1 and A2, in full colour on silk stock. There's no minimum order, so a single planner for your own office is as straightforward as a run of five hundred for a mailing.

Sizes

• A1 (594 x 841mm) — the standard office wall planner. Room for a full year across twelve columns with space to write in each day, and legible from across a room.
• A2 (420 x 594mm) — half the area. Suits smaller offices, classrooms, home working, or anywhere wall space is limited.

Both are supplied flat rather than rolled, so they go straight onto the wall without curling at the corners.

Paper Stocks

• 150gsm silk — the standard choice, and perfectly adequate for a planner that goes on a wall and stays there.
• 170gsm silk — noticeably more substantial. Holds up better to being written on repeatedly through the year, and less prone to tearing around pin holes or at the corners.

If the planner is being written on daily — which is the point of most planners — 170gsm is worth the difference. For a purely decorative or reference planner, 150gsm is fine.

Folded or Flat?

These planners are supplied flat, which is the right choice if they're going straight onto your own walls or being collected.

If you're posting them out, our folded wall planners are the better option — same sizes, but supplied pre-creased and folded down to A4 or A5 so they fit in an envelope rather than needing a tube.

Designing Your Planner

Planners are printed single sided, so everything needs to work on one face.

Leave enough space in each date cell for handwriting — a planner nobody can write on gets replaced with one they can. Bear in mind that at A2 the cells are half the size, so a design that works at A1 may need simplifying.

Artwork Requirements

• Bleed: 3mm all round
• Safe zone: 3mm
• Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
• Format: PDF, CMYK
• Fonts: outlined or embedded
• Artwork: one design per order

Free 2027 dated templates are available for A1 and A2 with the calendar grid already laid out, so you only need to add your branding.

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Christmas Ordering Deadline

Order by 15th December for delivery before Christmas.

Planners are worth ordering earlier than that. Most are wanted in place for the start of January, and if they're going out as a corporate gift they need to reach recipients before the office closes for the holidays. November is the sensible month for a large run.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production takes 3–4 working days from receipt of artwork. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, and turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on all wall planner orders, whatever the size or quantity. Collection from our Burnley facility is also available.

We also print wall calendars and desk calendars if you need a month-per-page format rather than a full-year planner.

These are supplied flat, which suits planners going straight onto a wall. Folded planners are pre-creased and fold down to A4 or A5, which makes them far cheaper and easier to post.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all wall planner orders, with no minimum spend.
