A Counter You Can Carry in One Hand

Three aluminium poles, a counter top and a base, with a printed stretch fabric cover that wraps all the way round. It weighs 6kg and stands 1010mm high. There are no visible seams or frame from the front, just your graphic on an oval shape.

The cover is dye-sublimation printed on 260gsm stretch polyester and tensioned by a silicone edge that tucks into grooves in the top and base. Everything packs into one carry bag. Indoor use only.

Size

At 595mm wide it's a compact counter. It's big enough to stand behind with leaflets, a tablet or a sign-in sheet, and small enough to fit on a shallow stand without blocking the aisle. Put it in front of a stretch fabric stand and you have a complete display from two bags.

Oval or Rectangle?

This is the part to get right before ordering. The oval counter is fully enclosed. There's no opening at the back and no access from underneath, and it can't be placed over boxes or equipment. The only way to get inside is to take the graphic off.

If you need to store stock, leaflets or bags inside your counter, choose the Stretch Fabric Rectangle Counter instead. It's larger and has room inside. The oval is for when you want a clean, light counter to stand behind and nothing more.

Putting It Up

One person can assemble it in 7–10 minutes.

1. Snap together the two halves of each of the three poles.
2. Screw the poles into the counter top and the base.
3. Put the gloves on and slide the graphic over the unit.
4. Turn the graphic so the join sits at the centre of the back.
5. Press the silicone edge into the grooves on the top and base, working all the way round.

The join is the one seam in the graphic. Placing it dead centre at the back keeps it out of sight from the front and sides.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

The fabric wrinkles or looks slack. The silicone edge isn't fully seated in its groove somewhere. The edge is what tensions the fabric, so press it in all the way round, top and bottom.

The join is visible from the front. The graphic has rotated. Take the silicone edge out, turn the graphic until the join is centred at the back, and refit it.

A design across the join doesn't line up. Fabric moves slightly during printing, cutting and sewing, so the left and right edges never meet perfectly at the back. Keep text, lines and detailed shapes away from the join. A plain background colour running across it is fine.

You need something from inside mid-event. You'll have to take the graphic off. If that's likely, the rectangle counter is the better choice.

Cleaning and Replacement Graphics

Graphics are machine washable at 30°C without detergent. Dry completely before using or storing, or you'll get mildew.

The frame outlasts the graphic. Replacement graphics can be ordered on their own, so a new design means a new cover rather than a new counter. Old graphics can be recycled with other textiles.

Artwork Requirements

Use the oval counter template. Templates come as PDF, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS. The graphic is one piece that wraps the whole counter, with the join at the centre of the back.

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Production takes 3–4 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on all stretch fabric oval counter orders, whatever the quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available. More than one design across an order costs nothing extra.

The silicone edge isn't fully pressed into its groove somewhere. Work round the top and base and seat it properly.

Can I use Pantone colours?
No. Dye-sublimation prints in CMYK only, so convert Pantone colours before sending your file.

What's the minimum order?
