Notepad Printing

Branded notepads from just 10 pads — three paper weights, five sizes, free UK delivery.

Why Choose Printed Notepads

A notepad is one of the few branded items people actually keep on the desk and use. Unlike a leaflet that gets read once, a printed pad sits in front of someone for weeks, which makes it a genuinely useful piece of marketing rather than something that ends up in the bin.

We print notepads in A4, A5, A6, A7 and DL, full colour on uncoated stock, in runs from 10 to 1,000 pads. That low minimum makes them practical for small events, client gifts or a single office, not just bulk campaigns.

Choosing Your Size

  • A4 (210 x 297mm) — full desk size. Best for meeting notes, order pads and anything where people write at length.
  • A5 (148 x 210mm) — the most popular. Big enough to be useful, small enough to sit beside a keyboard.
  • A6 (105 x 148mm) — compact memo pad. Good for quick notes, event giveaways and reception desks.
  • A7 (74 x 105mm) — pocket sized. Suits promotional handouts and till-point giveaways.
  • DL (99 x 210mm) — tall and slim. Works well for lists, order forms and anywhere desk space is narrow.

Paper Weights

All three stocks are uncoated, so pens write cleanly without skidding or smudging:

  • 90gsm — standard notepad weight and the most economical. Fine for pencil and ballpoint. Heavier markers and fountain pens may show through to the sheet below.
  • 120gsm — a noticeable step up. Less show-through, and the pad feels more substantial in the hand. The safe middle choice for most business use.
  • 170gsm — thick and premium, closer to a light card. Best where the pad is a client gift or brand piece rather than a workhorse. Worth noting that 170gsm at 100 sheets makes for a very chunky pad.

Pages Per Pad

Choose 25, 50 or 100 sheets:

  • 25 sheets — thin and light. Suits event giveaways and conference bags where you're printing volume and cost per unit matters.
  • 50 sheets — the standard desk pad. Enough to last, without the bulk.
  • 100 sheets — substantial and long-lasting. Best for internal office use or order pads that get worked through.

Binding and Orientation

Pads are glued along one edge, and you can choose which:

  • Top glued — the classic tear-off memo pad. Natural for most note-taking, and sheets come away cleanly one at a time.
  • Side glued — works more like a notebook, and suits landscape layouts or pads where sheets tend to stay in place.

Both portrait and landscape orientation are available. Portrait suits standard note-taking; landscape gives you a wider header area, which is useful if your branding runs across the top.

Free blank templates are available for the full Adobe Suite. Supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed on all sides.

Bear in mind the glued edge when designing. Keep important elements away from the bound edge, as a few millimetres are taken up by the glue strip.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day or 3–4 working day turnaround. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, so a 1-day order placed on Monday is dispatched Wednesday.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent by courier. Standard UK delivery is free on all notepad orders, whatever the size or quantity.

Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

FAQs

What's the minimum order?
10 pads. Maximum order is 1,000.

Which paper weight should I choose?
90gsm is the most economical and fine for everyday ballpoint use. 120gsm reduces show-through and feels more substantial. 170gsm is thick and premium, best suited to client gifts rather than heavy daily use.

How many sheets should I have per pad?
25 for event giveaways, 50 for a standard desk pad, 100 for internal office use or anything that gets worked through quickly.

Should the pad be glued at the top or the side?
Top glued is the standard tear-off memo pad and suits most uses. Side glued works better for landscape layouts or pads used more like a notebook.

Will marker pens bleed through?
On 90gsm, heavier markers and fountain pens may show through to the sheet below. If that matters, 120gsm or 170gsm is the safer choice.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all notepad orders, with no minimum spend.
