Presentation Folders That Arrive Ready to Use

Glued folders come with the pockets already fixed. Take them out of the box, fill them, hand them over — there's no assembly, no folding and nothing to get wrong on the day.

That makes them the right choice when someone else will be filling them, when you're working to a deadline, or when the volume is high enough that a few seconds of assembly per folder starts to add up.

Printed on 350gsm silk board in full colour, with your choice of matt, gloss or soft touch lamination. Every folder includes a business card slot. Minimum order is 25.

Sizes and Capacity

Available in oversized A4 and oversized A5. Oversized means the folder is cut slightly larger than the paper size it holds, so a full A4 sheet drops into an oversized A4 folder without catching on the edges or needing trimming.

Each folder holds approximately 30 sheets of 90gsm paper. That's a typical proposal, a filled welcome pack, or a set of brochures and inserts. If you need to hold significantly more, our interlocking folders are available with a 7mm expanding spine.

Glued or Interlocking?

We print both, and the difference is assembly:

• Glued folders arrive made up with the pockets already fixed. No assembly, ready to fill straight away. They take more room in storage and transit because they're already three-dimensional.
• Interlocking folders arrive flat with fold-in tabs that slot into place. They take a few seconds each to make up, but pack flat, which saves space and postage. They're also available with a 7mm expanding spine for thicker document sets.

If you're filling them yourself in bulk or storing them long-term, interlocking usually makes more sense. If they need to be usable the moment they arrive, choose glued.

Lamination Finishes

• Matt — low sheen, resists fingerprints, understated and professional. The most popular choice for corporate work.
• Gloss — high shine that lifts colour saturation. Best where the design is image-led.
• Soft touch — a velvety, tactile finish. The most premium of the three, and noticeable the moment someone picks it up.

All three add durability, which matters on a folder that gets handled, carried and reopened.

Designing a Folder

A folder isn't a flat rectangle, and this is where most first-time artwork goes wrong. The template includes the pocket, the fold lines, the glue tabs and the cut profile, all laid out flat.

Start from our template rather than building from scratch. Keep important content away from fold lines and glue areas, since anything crossing them will be interrupted or covered once the folder is made up. The pockets fold up over the lower section of the flat sheet, so artwork placed there ends up hidden inside.

Artwork Requirements

Free blank templates are available for A4 and A5 for Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day turnaround for urgent jobs, or 3–4 working days for standard production. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent by courier. Standard UK delivery is free on all glued folder orders, whatever the size or quantity.
