Custom Desk Pads for Everyday Use

A desk pad sits in front of someone all day, which makes it one of the few branded items that earns its place rather than going in a drawer. Printed with a planner grid, a weekly layout or simply your logo, it puts your brand in view every time they sit down.

We print desk pads in A3 and A2, full colour on uncoated stock, in runs from just 10 pads. That low minimum makes them practical for a single office or a small client giveaway, not just bulk corporate orders.

Choosing Your Size

• A3 (297 x 420mm) — the standard desk pad. Sits comfortably in front of a keyboard without taking over the desk. The right choice for most offices.
• A2 (420 x 594mm) — twice the area, and closer to a full desk mat. Better for planners, weekly schedules and anywhere someone needs room to work across the sheet.

Paper Weights

All three stocks are uncoated, so pens write cleanly without skidding or smudging:

• 90gsm — standard pad weight and the most economical. Fine for pencil and ballpoint, and the sensible choice for high-volume giveaways.
• 120gsm — more substantial in the hand, and less prone to show-through if the pad is written on heavily. A good middle ground for everyday office use.
• 170gsm — thick and premium, closer to a light card. Best where the pad is a client gift or brand piece. Bear in mind 170gsm at 100 sheets makes for a very chunky pad.

Sheets Per Pad

Choose 25, 50 or 100 sheets:

• 25 sheets — light and quick to get through. Suits event giveaways and conference bags where cost per unit matters more than longevity.
• 50 sheets — the standard desk pad. Lasts a reasonable stretch without becoming bulky.
• 100 sheets — substantial and long-lasting. Best for internal office use where the pad stays on one desk and gets worked through.

Binding

Pads are glued along the top edge in portrait orientation, so sheets tear away cleanly one at a time.

Keep the glued edge in mind when designing. A few millimetres at the top are taken up by the binding, so avoid placing critical detail right at the top of the sheet.

Artwork Requirements

Free blank templates are available for A3 and A2 for the full Adobe Suite.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day turnaround for urgent jobs, or 3–4 working days for standard production. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent by courier. Standard UK delivery is free on all desk pad orders, whatever the size or quantity.

Can I print a calendar or planner design?
Yes. Desk pads are commonly printed with year planners, weekly layouts, ruled grids or project trackers. Whatever's in your artwork gets printed on every sheet.

Can I upload multiple designs?
No. This product covers one artwork design per order. If you need several, please add each as a separate item before checkout.

Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes — a real person checks every file to confirm it's correctly sized, has bleed, and is print-ready. We don't amend or fix artwork files.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all desk pad orders, with no minimum spend.
