Circuit Schedules That Leave Your Name Behind

Every consumer unit you install needs a schedule. It's a requirement under BS 7671, and it stays on that board for the life of the installation — read by the next electrician, the landlord, the buyer's surveyor, or whoever's called out when something trips at eleven at night.

These are that schedule, printed with your logo, your accreditations and your contact details across the top. Free artwork setup, free Sharpie, free UK delivery.

The layout follows the schedule of circuit details set out in BS 7671, with a column for every field an inspection expects to see:

• Circuit number and designation, with the "D" convention for distribution circuits
• Type of wiring and reference method to Appendix 4
• Number of points served
• Circuit conductor CSA — live and CPC in mm²
• Maximum disconnection time permitted
• Overcurrent protective device — BS (EN), type number, rating in amps, breaking capacity in kA
• RCD operating current in mA
• Maximum Zs permitted

Thirteen circuit rows per sticker, which covers a standard domestic board comfortably and most light commercial ones.

You fill in the values on site with the supplied marker. Everything else — the grid, the headings, the branding — is already printed.

Branded to You

The top band carries your business name, phone number, email and logo, plus any scheme accreditation you hold — NICEIC, NAPIT, ELECSA or otherwise.

That's the part that earns its keep. A schedule sticker is one of the few things you leave behind that's guaranteed to still be there years later, and the next person to open that board sees your details before they see anything else. It's the same argument as a business card sticker, except this one has to be there by regulation.

You don't need to supply a print-ready file. Send your logo and details, and we'll lay it out into the schedule template and send you a proof to check.

Most sticker printers expect a finished PDF. We don't, because the schedule layout is fixed — the only thing that changes is your branding, so there's no reason to make you do the artwork.

Vinyl needs a permanent marker. Ballpoint and gel pens won't mark it reliably, which is why a Sharpie comes with every order.

Every order includes a Sharpie marker, because there's no point supplying a sticker you have to write on and leaving you to find the right pen for it.

Where They Go

Inside the consumer unit lid, on the front of a distribution board, or on the door of a DB enclosure — wherever the schedule will be found by whoever opens it next.

What size are they?

Do they meet BS 7671?

How do I send you my logo?
Upload it at checkout, or choose to send it later and we'll email you a link. A high resolution PNG, JPEG or vector file is ideal — a logo pulled from a website will often be too small to print cleanly.

Can I have my NICEIC or NAPIT logo on them?
Yes. Tell us which accreditations you hold and supply the logo, and we'll include them in the header.

Can I use any pen to write on them?
Permanent marker only. A Sharpie is included free with every order — ballpoint and gel pens won't mark vinyl reliably.

Will the writing survive?
Yes. Permanent marker won't smudge or lift once dry, and the vinyl itself is weather-resistant.

How long does it take?
3 working days production from artwork approval, with delivery on top.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all orders, with no minimum spend.
