Printed stationery is the quiet part of a brand. Nobody comments on a good letterhead, but everybody notices a bad one — and the difference between looking established and looking improvised is often just whether the paperwork matches.
We print the full set: letterheads, compliment slips, notepads, desk pads, postcards and presentation folders. Every product ships with free UK delivery, and minimums are low enough that a freelancer ordering their first batch is as welcome as a company kitting out five offices.
Correspondence and Paperwork
- Letterheads — A4 on uncoated stock, from 100 sheets. Printer-friendly, so you can overprint invoices, quotes and contracts on your own machine.
- Compliment slips — DL size, from 100. The finishing touch on an envelope or a delivery, and the uncoated surface takes a handwritten note cleanly.
- Postcards — A5 and A6, from 25. For direct mail, thank you cards and retail inserts, on stocks up to 450gsm.
Desk and Office
- Notepads — A4 down to A7 and DL, from 10 pads. Three uncoated weights, 25 to 100 sheets, glued top or side.
- Desk pads — A3 and A2, from 10 pads. The larger format, and the one to choose for planners, weekly layouts and branded giveaways that stay in view.
Presentation Folders
Both types are oversized A4 or A5 on 350gsm silk, with a business card slot and your choice of matt, gloss or soft touch lamination. From 25 folders. The difference is assembly:
- Glued folders arrive made up and ready to fill. Choose these if they need to be usable the moment they arrive.
- Interlocking folders arrive flat and slot together in seconds. They pack flat for storage and postage, and offer a 7mm expanding spine for thicker packs.
Paper Stocks
Uncoated stocks are the ones to choose wherever someone will be writing — letterheads, compliment slips, notepads and desk pads all use them for that reason. Pen and pencil sit cleanly on the surface without smudging or beading.
Silk stocks are smoother and hold colour better, which suits postcards and folders where the print is doing the work rather than the writing. Full stock options and guidance are on each product page.
Turnaround, Artwork and Delivery
Most products offer a 1 working day turnaround alongside standard 3–4 day production. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, and turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork, so files should be supplied print-ready.
Standard UK delivery is free on every business stationery order, whatever the quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.
