Every forecourt, car park and pedestrian entrance has bollards. They're at eye level, they're already positioned where people walk and drive past, and they're doing nothing but standing there.

A printed cover turns each one into a three-sided display. Slide it on, interlock the tabs, done — no tools, no glue, and it comes off as easily as it went on.

How It Works

The cover arrives flat and pre-creased as three panels, each 360mm wide and 1122mm tall. Fold it round the bollard, slide the fastening tabs together, and press to lock.

That's it. No adhesive, no cable ties, no fixings. To remove it, pull the tabs apart — which means the same cover can come off for a campaign change and go back on afterwards, or move to a different bollard.

The triangular shape means it reads from every approach rather than facing one way.

Will It Fit My Bollards?

Covers fit most bollards up to 205mm in diameter, and stand 1122mm tall.

Worth measuring before you order. Standard street and car park bollards are usually well within that, but heavier security and anti-ram bollards can be considerably wider. If yours is close to the limit, measure the diameter at its widest point rather than estimating.

Height isn't critical in the same way — a cover shorter than the bollard simply leaves the top exposed, which looks fine.

The Material

Printed on 3.5mm Correx® by Corplex, a fluted corrugated plastic. Waterproof, so rain runs off rather than soaking in, and rigid enough to hold its shape round a bollard without sagging.

Printing is done on EFI VUTEk H5 presses using LED-UV technology, which gives sharp detail and colour that holds up outdoors rather than fading through a summer.

It's also fully recyclable, which matters if you're putting out a batch for a seasonal campaign and replacing them later.

Designing a Bollard Cover

The shape changes how the design works, and it's worth thinking about before you send artwork.

Only one panel is seen at a time. Someone approaching sees one 360mm face, maybe two at an angle. A design spread across all three panels won't read as a whole — treat each panel as its own message, or repeat the same one three times so it works from any direction.

Keep content clear of the creases. Anything crossing a fold is interrupted, and on 3.5mm board the crease is pronounced.

It's read from a distance and at eye level. Fewer words, larger type. A bollard cover competing with a busy forecourt has about two seconds.

Artwork Requirements

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Looking After Them

• Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or anything abrasive, which will scuff the printed surface.
• Store flat, somewhere dry and cool if you take them down between campaigns. Prolonged sun and damp will warp the board over time.
• Check the fastening tabs periodically to make sure the cover is still holding securely.
• Avoid impacts. Correx is durable but it will puncture or tear if something sharp catches it.

Standard UK delivery is free on all bollard cover orders, whatever the quantity. Covers are dispatched flat and securely packed.
