Adjustable to the Space You're Given

The telescopic frame adjusts from 1400mm to 2500mm in both width and height, which matters more than it sounds.

Exhibition spaces are rarely the size you were told they'd be. A fixed-width backdrop either doesn't fit or leaves a gap; this one adjusts on the day to fill whatever you've actually been given. It also means one stand covers a range of venues rather than needing a different backdrop for each.

The graphic is supplied at 2400mm × 2400mm as standard. Smaller sizes down to 1500mm × 1500mm can be supplied on request, which reduces the cost of the print.

Single or Double Sided

Most backdrops go against a wall, where single sided is all you need.

Double sided is worth considering when the stand sits in open floor space — a media wall people walk around, a room divider, or a stand with traffic on both sides. Double-sided graphics are printed on block-out material so neither design shows through to the other.

The two sides don't have to match, and there's no extra charge for supplying two different artworks rather than the same one twice.

Assembly and Transport

The frame goes together quickly and an Allen key is included — no tools of your own needed.

A hardware carry bag is supplied for the frame and poles. Worth knowing before the day: the bag is sized for the hardware only and doesn't accommodate the graphic, so pack that separately.

The frame is supplied in black.

Designing for the Pole Pockets

The top and bottom of your artwork wrap around the poles and won't be visible once the graphic is fitted.

Treat those strips as quiet areas — background colour or image only. Keep logos, headlines and anything that needs reading between the margins marked on the template.

Two other things at this size. Check images are genuinely high resolution at 2400mm rather than upscaled, because an image that looks sharp on screen can fall apart at two and a half metres. And remember the lower section of a backdrop is usually obscured by people standing in front of it — keep the key message in the upper two thirds.

Replacement Graphics

The frame outlasts the campaign. Replacement graphics can be ordered on their own, so a rebrand or a new event means a new print rather than a new stand.
