Why Choose A6 Flyer Printing

A6 is the compact end of the flyer range. At 105 x 148mm — postcard sized, a quarter of an A4 — it's small enough to hand out in volume, drop through letterboxes, or tuck into a customer order, while still carrying a clear message. It works well for vouchers, event handouts, appointment reminders, menu inserts, and any campaign where you're printing in quantity and cost per piece matters.

We print A6 flyers in full colour on silk stock, in runs from 25 up to 100,000. That low minimum matters: most printers won't touch anything under 250, so if you need a small batch for a one-off event or a short local campaign, you're not forced into ordering thousands you'll never use.

Paper Stocks — Which Weight Do You Need?

We offer five silk stocks, and the right one depends on how your flyers will be used:

• 150gsm — our lightest and most economical option. Ideal for door drops, bulk handouts, and campaigns where volume matters more than feel.
• 170gsm — a small step up in body. A good middle ground for general promotional flyers.
• 250gsm — noticeably more substantial. Well suited to vouchers, loyalty cards, and anything that will be handled repeatedly.
• 350gsm — closer to a card than a flyer. Good for premium handouts, invitations, and inserts that need to feel considered.
• 450gsm — our heaviest stock. Effectively a card weight, ideal when you want the piece to feel like something worth keeping rather than something disposable.

At A6, the heavier stocks are worth considering — 350gsm and 450gsm give a postcard-like feel that stands up well to being carried in a pocket or bag.

All stocks are available single or double sided. Double-sided printing costs slightly more but gives you twice the space — useful for vouchers, opening times, or anything with detail on both faces.

Size & Artwork Requirements

Finished size is 105 x 148mm. With bleed, artwork should be supplied at 111 x 154mm.

Free blank templates are available for the full Adobe Suite to help you set your artwork up correctly.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day or 3–4 working day turnaround. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, so a 1-day order placed on Monday is dispatched Wednesday.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent on a next day courier service. Standard UK delivery is free on all A6 flyer orders, whatever the quantity.

What size is A6 with bleed?
Finished A6 is 105 x 148mm. With 3mm bleed on all sides, supply your artwork at 111 x 154mm.

What's the minimum order?
Just 25 flyers. Prices start from £25 for 25 A6 flyers on 150gsm silk, single sided, with a 3–4 working day turnaround.

Which paper weight should I choose?
150gsm and 170gsm suit door drops and bulk handouts. 250gsm works well for vouchers and loyalty cards. 350gsm and 450gsm are card weights, giving a postcard feel for pieces you want people to keep.

Can I have them printed double sided?
Yes. Single or double sided is available on every stock. Double sided costs a little more.

How long will they take to arrive?
Choose 1 or 3–4 working days production, starting the day after you order. Delivery is on top of that, sent next day by courier once dispatched.

Do you check my artwork?
Yes — a real person checks every file before printing. We'll flag problems, but we don't make changes or fixes, so please supply print-ready files.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all A6 flyer orders, with no minimum spend.

Do I pay VAT on flyers?
Flyers are often zero-rated for VAT, but this depends on what's printed on them. If your artwork makes the order liable for VAT, we'll contact you for payment before printing.
