Why Choose 210mm Square Flyers

Square breaks the pattern. In a stack of A5s and DLs, a square flyer is the one that gets picked up, and at 210 x 210mm you get that distinctiveness without sacrificing space — it's roughly the same print area as A5, arranged differently.

The format suits work where the design is doing the talking. Photography sits well in a square frame, artwork isn't forced into a portrait crop, and there's room for a proper layout rather than a cramped one. It's a common choice for event promotion, product launches, menus, gallery and exhibition material, and anything where the piece is meant to feel considered rather than disposable.

We print 210mm square flyers in full colour on silk stock, in runs from 25 up to 100,000, so short runs for a single event are as straightforward as a large campaign.

Paper Stocks — Which Weight Do You Need?

We offer five silk stocks, and the right one depends on how your flyers will be used:

• 150gsm — our lightest and most economical option. Ideal for bulk handouts and campaigns where volume matters more than feel.
• 170gsm — a small step up in body. A good middle ground for general promotional flyers.
• 250gsm — noticeably more substantial. Well suited to menus, inserts, and anything handled repeatedly.
• 350gsm — closer to a card than a flyer. Good for premium promotional pieces and anything image-led where you want the stock to match the design.
• 450gsm — our heaviest stock. Effectively a card weight, ideal for counter displays, packs, and pieces you want people to keep.

Square formats tend to be chosen for design reasons, so stock weight matters more here than on a standard flyer. If the piece is carrying photography or artwork, the heavier weights hold colour and shape far better and make the finished item feel like it was meant to be kept.

All stocks are available single or double sided. Double-sided printing costs slightly more but gives you twice the space — useful for menus, programmes, or detail on the reverse.

Size & Artwork Requirements

Finished size is 210 x 210mm. With bleed, artwork should be supplied at 216 x 216mm.

Free blank templates are available for the full Adobe Suite to help you set your artwork up correctly.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day or 3–4 working day turnaround. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, so a 1-day order placed on Monday is dispatched Wednesday.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent on a next day courier service. Standard UK delivery is free on all 210mm square flyer orders, whatever the quantity.

What size is a 210mm square flyer with bleed?
Finished size is 210 x 210mm. With 3mm bleed on all sides, supply your artwork at 216 x 216mm.

What's the minimum order?
Just 25 flyers, so short runs are no problem.

Should I choose 210mm or 148mm square?
210mm gives you more room for photography, artwork and detail, and works well as a counter piece or premium handout. 148mm is more compact and easier to hand out in volume or include as an insert.

Which paper weight should I choose?
150gsm and 170gsm suit bulk handouts. 250gsm works well for menus and inserts. 350gsm and 450gsm are card weights, better for image-led designs and pieces you want people to keep.

Can I have them printed double sided?
Yes. Single or double sided is available on every stock. Double sided costs a little more.

How long will they take to arrive?
Choose 1 or 3–4 working days production, starting the day after you order. Delivery is on top of that, sent next day by courier once dispatched.

Do you check my artwork?
Yes — a real person checks every file before printing. We'll flag problems, but we don't make changes or fixes, so please supply print-ready files.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all 210mm square flyer orders, with no minimum spend.

Do I pay VAT on flyers?
Flyers are often zero-rated for VAT, but this depends on what's printed on them. If your artwork makes the order liable for VAT, we'll contact you for payment before printing.
