Why Choose 148mm Square Flyers

Square gets noticed, and at 148 x 148mm you get that without the bulk. It's the compact square — small enough to hand out in volume, drop into a bag or package, or sit on a counter without dominating it, while still standing out against the usual A5s and DLs.

The size suits high-volume work where you still want the piece to feel deliberate. Event promos, product inserts, mini menus, discount cards, loyalty pieces and packaging inserts all work well at this size, and because you're printing more per sheet than a larger square, cost per piece stays sensible even in quantity.

If your design needs more room — photography, artwork, or detailed event information — our 210mm square flyers give you the same format with considerably more space.

We print 148mm square flyers in full colour on silk stock, in runs from 25 up to 100,000, so short runs for a single event are as straightforward as a large campaign.

Paper Stocks — Which Weight Do You Need?

We offer five silk stocks, and the right one depends on how your flyers will be used:

• 150gsm — our lightest and most economical option. Ideal for bulk handouts and high-volume campaigns where cost per piece matters most.
• 170gsm — a small step up in body. A good middle ground for general promotional use.
• 250gsm — noticeably more substantial. Well suited to mini menus, inserts, and anything handled repeatedly.
• 350gsm — closer to a card than a flyer. Good for discount cards, loyalty pieces, and packaging inserts that need to survive handling.
• 450gsm — our heaviest stock. Effectively a card weight, giving a premium feel for pieces you want people to keep.

At this size the heavier stocks are worth considering. A small square on lightweight paper can feel insubstantial in the hand, whereas 350gsm and 450gsm give it a card-like quality that suits inserts and discount pieces far better.

All stocks are available single or double sided. Double-sided printing costs slightly more but gives you twice the space — useful for terms, expiry dates, or contact details on the reverse.

Size & Artwork Requirements

Finished size is 148 x 148mm. With bleed, artwork should be supplied at 154 x 154mm.

Free blank templates are available for the full Adobe Suite to help you set your artwork up correctly.

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes to print, so obvious problems get flagged rather than printed. Please note we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Choose a 1 working day or 3–4 working day turnaround. The first working day begins the day after your order is placed, so a 1-day order placed on Monday is dispatched Wednesday.

Turnaround is production time only and doesn't include delivery. Once dispatched, orders are sent on a next day courier service. Standard UK delivery is free on all 148mm square flyer orders, whatever the quantity.

What's the minimum order?

Can I have them printed double sided?
Yes. Single or double sided is available on every stock. Double sided costs a little more.

How long will they take to arrive?
Choose 1 or 3–4 working days production, starting the day after you order. Delivery is on top of that, sent next day by courier once dispatched.

Do you check my artwork?
Yes — a real person checks every file before printing. We'll flag problems, but we don't make changes or fixes, so please supply print-ready files.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all 148mm square flyer orders, with no minimum spend.

Do I pay VAT on flyers?
Flyers are often zero-rated for VAT, but this depends on what's printed on them. If your artwork makes the order liable for VAT, we'll contact you for payment before printing.
