What We Print

• Table talkers — three-panel triangular displays in 1/3 A3, DL or A6. Stand tall and read from every angle. From 25.
• Tent cards — folded two-panel cards in A5 or A6. Sit low and read from both sides. Pre-creased and taped, from 25.
• Strut cards — flat boards with a glued strut, in A4 or A5. Stand upright and face one way. From 10.
• Paper bags — kraft bags in four handle styles, white or brown, 100% recyclable. From 50.

Which Table Display Do You Need?

The three card products all sit on a table or counter and all print on 450gsm silk. The difference is shape and how many people can read them.

Table talker — folds twice into a triangular prism and stands tall. Three faces, so everyone sitting around a table gets one pointing at them. The standard in pubs and restaurants.

Tent card — folds once and sits low. Two faces, so it works where people are on either side. Simpler, cheaper, and less obtrusive on a laid table or a place setting.

Strut card — a flat board with a strut glued to the back. One face, and the only option available at A4. Best against a wall, a till or a shelf edge where everyone approaches from the front, and the right choice when you need something read from across a room.

If people sit around it, use a table talker. If they walk up to it, use a strut card. A tent card sits between the two.

450gsm Silk

All three card products are printed on 450gsm silk, which is heavy board rather than card. That's deliberate — a lighter stock bows at the fold or under its own weight, and a leaning display looks worse than no display at all.

Silk gives a smooth, low-sheen surface with strong colour density, so food and product photography reproduce well. Unlaminated silk also takes a ballpoint, if you want to add a price by hand.

Lamination and Spot UV

All three card products can be laminated both sides in gloss, matt or soft touch.

Gloss gives the deepest colour and wipes clean, which is why it's the usual choice in food settings. Matt cuts glare under pendant lights and downlights. Soft touch is the most premium and the most noticeable to handle.

Lamination matters more here than on most print. Point of sale material gets picked up, knocked over, spilled on and wiped down daily — an unlaminated card looks tired within a fortnight in a busy venue.

Spot UV is available as an embellishment on laminated cards: a UV-cured varnish on selected areas of your artwork, giving a raised gloss against the surrounding finish. It shows best against matt or soft touch, and can only be applied over lamination.

Printed Paper Bags

The one product here that leaves the building. A printed bag is carried down the high street, seen by everyone the customer passes, and kept at home for weeks afterwards.

Available in folded handle, twisted handle, handless and bottle styles, on white or brown kraft, 100% recyclable. Worth knowing before you design: white ink can't be printed on kraft, and colours come out warmer and more muted on brown than on white.

Sustainability

All our paper stocks are FSC certified, and paper bags are 100% recyclable. Card products can be recycled, though lamination and Spot UV affect recyclability — worth checking with your local facility if that matters to you.

Turnaround & Delivery

Card products take 3–4 working days from receipt of artwork. Paper bags offer a 1 working day express option alongside the standard 3–4 days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on every point of sale order, whatever the product or quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

Artwork

Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Free templates are available for every product and size.

Use the templates for the folded products in particular. Table talkers and tent cards are printed flat and folded, so the panels don't sit in reading order on the sheet — the template handles that for you.

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
